Every item in our collection is curated directly from local artisans, distillers, and makers across the Commonwealth of Kentucky to ensure authentic quality.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. During peak holiday seasons, we recommend ordering at least two weeks in advance to ensure timely delivery.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and APO/FPO addresses. We are working on expanding our logistics to include international destinations in the near future.
Can I include a personalized gift message?
Yes! You can add a custom message during the checkout process, which we will hand-write or print on a decorative card to include with your gift.
What is your return policy for food items?
For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on perishable food items. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
