At A Taste of Kentucky, we take great pride in the quality of our regional goods and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order does not meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward return process for most non-perishable items within 30 days of delivery.
Return Process

Email or call our service team with your order number to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and verify if your items are eligible for return.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring that fragile Kentucky-made goods are properly cushioned to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label or your own trackable postage to the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items within 5-7 business days.
